  • brainstorming
Brainstorming is a project management tool that is a type of group discussion where everyone in the team puts forward their ideas. This is a good way to help a project succeed, as it gets everyone to tell their ideas. This is a good method to use as it makes the chance for everyone in the team to agree or disagree and in the end come to a final decision.

  • Gantt charts
Gantt charts is also a project management tool, it is a tool that uses scheduling and planning to help manage the project. It helps keep deadlines and key dates, and it may also be used to estimate the time it takes for the task to be completed.

  • PERT charts
A PERT chart stands for Program Evaluation Review Technique. This tool is mainly used to organise all the tasks that the project needs to be successful.

  • Critical path analysis
Project managers may choose to use the Critical path tool, it helps them work out what tasks are going well and which ones need to be done to a better standard. This tool can also tell which tasks are on time, and whether the whole project is running on time.
